One of the standout features of Siam Thai is their diverse menu, offering a wide range of dishes to cater to every palate. From the crispy Steamed Dumplings ($8.75) filled with Thai-style ground pork to the enticing Pad Thai that combines stir-fried thin noodles with egg and scallions, every bite encapsulates the essence of Thai cuisine. The Pad Kee Mow (Drunken Noodle) is particularly noteworthy, featuring flat rice noodles and a spicy garlic sauce that delivers a satisfying kick.

Don't miss the chance to savor the famed Thai Fried Rice ($15.95), where steamed rice mingles with peas, carrots, and tomatoes, all enhanced by a rich brown sauce. And for those who crave something lighter, the Thai Noodle Soup is a comforting bowl of thin rice noodles in a clear chicken broth, delicately garnished with napa bean sprouts and cilantro.

The people complaining about the spice level are wild. I get a 10 every time, and it's not that spicy. Red curry is always delicious! And the fresh rolls are awesome.

Great Thai food! Please be careful when selecting your spice level. The food is pretty spicy! I go four stars if I’m at work and five if I’m not. Always a great meal. The staff is always really nice and helpful.

Food is delicious (particularly the pad thai) and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely call ahead during lunch as they can get busy. My only recommendation would be to consider a larger space or a second location as it seems to be a pretty popular spot.

Great takeout spot for lunch downtown. Have dined in and enjoyed it. When they say spicy they mean it. Always enjoy their dishes and nice to see familiar faces in the staff. Environment not my personal favorite so I prefer to take out and it’s always delicious.

Little hole in the wall with great food. Good spice level and sweetness was perfect. Had a bit of a yucky smell when we first got there early for lunch but quickly disappeared as people came in and the food started getting cooked.

The food at Siam was extremely good! The chef prepared the food quick and to perfection. The flavors were on point. Our server was great and recommend the garlic pepper which was a hit! Thai food is my favorite and not every restaurant makes it well. For the price, flavors and quantity of food received this place is a must visit if in Pittsburgh!
